Day 1 - BREATHE for 1 minute
Day 2 - BREATHE for 1 minute
Day 3  - BREATHE for 2 minutes
Day 4 - BREATHE for 2 minutes
Day 5 - BREATHE for 3 minutes
Day 6 - MOVE
Day 7 - BREATHE into your heart space for 3 minutes.
 
WEEK TWO 

Use these minutes to breathe into your heart space.

Day 8 -  BREATHE into your heart space for 3 minutes.

Day 9 - BREATHE into your heart space for
4 minutes.

Day 10 - BREATHE into your heart space for 4 minutes.

Day 11 - BREATHE into your heart space for
4 minutes.

Day 12 - BREATHE into your heart space for 4 minutes and 30 seconds.

Day 13 - MOVE.

Day 14 - BREATHE into your heart space for
5 minutes.

WEEK THREE

Day 15 - BREATHE for 5 minutes

Day 16 - BREATHE for 5 minutes

Day 17 - BREATHE for 5 and a half minutes.

Day 18 - MOVE. 
Day 19 - (that's today) BREATHE for 5 and a half minutes.

Day 20 - BREATHE for 5 and a half minutes.

Day 21 - BREATHE for 6 minutes. 

WEEK FOUR

Day 22 - BREATHE into your heart space for 7 minutes.

Day 23 - BREATHE into your heart space for 7 minutes.

Day 24 - (that's today) BREATHE into your heart space for 8 minutes

Day 25 - BREATHE into your heart space for 8 minutes.

Day 26 - MOVE.

Day 27 - BREATHE into your heart space for 9 minutes.

Day 28 - BREATHE into your heart space for 10 minutes.
